Refund policy
At Alternate Perfumes, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no more than 10 sprays used. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used more than 10 sprays, are not in their original condition, or are outside the return window.
2. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeframe: Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@alternateperfumes.pk
4. Return Shipping
- To return your product, please mail it to: support@alternateperfumes.pk.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
